Automatic injection system

The sample is automatically loaded into the liquid transfer area of the system through the carrier, and the correct position of the sample is determined through barcode reading to ensure the accuracy of the test procedure.

Automatic channel verification

This program does not need manual intervention, and can automatically complete the liquid transfer volume verification, air tightness test and accurate matching of liquid transfer channel with suction head, steel needle or grab and other components. It can run automatically when the system is idle.

CO-RE Technology

The co-re perfect touch system uses the stable key principle to fix the disposable suction head on the liquid transfer channel. In the process of picking up and discarding the suction head, the system does not need to exert force in the vertical direction, so as to improve the performance of the whole system, and realize multi-function and modularization.

StarWatch diagnostics

StarWatch can continuously monitor the status of the instrument. Automatic analysis of captured data will prompt users and engineers to intervene actively in time and take preventive measures when some hardware errors occur frequently.

Multifunctional carrier system

The base plate of the carrier can be flexibly fixed with many different modules to place common laboratory utensils: microporous plate, deep hole plate, filter plate, collection plate or suction head stacking frame, etc., so as to minimize the area of the carrier and improve the space utilization rate.

Type identification of suction head

High resolution industrial CCD camera can move in the whole table area. The system can automatically identify the type of disposable suction head on the table, so as to avoid the mechanical collision in the process of liquid transfer and the mismatch between suction head type and experiment.
